Online purchases from ‘Out of Africa Gifts’ can only accept payments through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account or encounter a problem with payment, please email us directly at: email@example.com (or telephone 01484 604662 or 07873 118278) listing your required items and your phone number. We can no longer accept card payments if cardholder is not present but we are happy for customers to post cheques, postal orders or make BACS payments.
Postage rates are set at current UK Royal Mail rates for small, medium and heavy packet items and into domestic, European and worldwide categories. In most cases, purchase of combined items should not increase delivery charges unless the items are unusually bulky or heavy. To avoid complication at checkout, our postage rate is for a standard service. If you wish to request an express or tracked service, please email or phone us and we will arrange that for you.

Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within a 14 day period from date of purchase. If any item is faulty, it will be refunded in full with postage paid. If buyer returns due to change of mind, item will be refunded minus postage paid. Items must be returned to sender address in original condition and packaging; once received in original condition, the Paypal refund will be issued.
